Absolutely top notch staff and they have all the modern equipment to make a trip to the dentist be not so bad. When I first moved here, I was looking for a frisco dentist, this led me to Dr. Patel, initially I was just getting cleanings and normal checkups, but a car accident changed all that and left me in desperate need of someone who does dental implants, when I searched for someone who specializes in this, I was pleased to find out that he specializes in impants AND AND AND...they offer sedation for the procedure, thru an IV like when you go to the hospital, the tiny bit extra that cost was SO worth it to me because I am a bit of a chicken when it comes to dentists. I will be a long time customer, thank you Dr. Patel and your awesome staff, in particular, Shetal ~ Roberta S

I truly appreciate Dr Patel and the entire staff at Family Dentistry of Frisco. We recently moved to Frisco and we were looking for a family dentist for myself and our 6 and 9 year old boys. We found Dr Patel on the web and we have been extremely satisfied with the service we have received. Although, my first visit I had to receive a root canal and a crown, it was the best experience you could ever imagine. From the time you enter the door to the time you leave, you are treated with an abundance of love and respect. They are very friendly and they truly believe in outstanding customer service! I am a retired USAF colonel, for 28 years I received excellent dental care while on active duty. We moved to North Texas in the spring of 2021. As soon as we arrived, I experienced serious dental problems. In the last 23 months I required: 1 root canal; 2 crowns; a replacement crown; a tooth extraction and its corresponding implant. I also had my routine dental exam/cleanings. Dr. Patel and Family Dentistry of Frisco provided me outstanding dental care through all of the dental tribulations listed above. After almost 23 months of continual serious dental issues, my dental problems are expertly resolved. I highly recommend Family Dentistry of Frisco, especially if your dental problems are chronic of severe. Frankly , I hope they are not, but if they are, go see Dr. Patel. ~ Richard W

I feel lucky to have been able to get an appointment first thing this morning after Karen in their front office helped me yesterday afternoon. She gave me instructions to be ready for surgery this morning, just in case. Without that advice I probably wouldn't have been able to get my issue fully resolved in one appointment. Doctor Patel is a knowledgeable oral surgeon with the skills to treat any calamity that you may need to have addressed along with a high tech office that has all the tools needed to get the job done with precision. He and his staff were very caring and thorough as they explained the various options as they worked to resolve my severely cracked tooth. Can't thank them enough! ~ John J

We went on a Sunday bc my hubby had a terrible tooth ache..the dentist took him in as they have emergency weekend appts! 💞…wound up returning Monday for dental surgery. The medical team is extremely professional and kind. I wound up booking a teeth cleaning the same day as my hubby had his procedure. The cleaning, which I have always had extreme sensitivity too..was a breeze! No pain, zero sensitivity and the hygienist was incredibly knowledgeable and gave me a numbing gel that worked like magic. I have alway been apprehensive of going to the dentist…not anymore. The more you can help a patient feel as comfortable as possible, the first time, they will always want to return. My family is new to Family Dentistry of Frisco. I was only looking for a dentist for myself as I have always had my children seen at a pediatric dental office. I’ve had my first cleaning as well as fillings with Dr. Patel and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. I found everyone from the front desk to the assistants to Dr. Patel very kind. I was nervous for my dental work and they took their time to help me feel comfortable and relaxed. My whole experience felt quick and was pain free. The Best Dentist I have been to. From the minute I call to scheduled my appointment to the moment I entered the “Stunning” office of Dr.Patel, everything was great. I have moved to the area from California and have not made a dental appointment in two years as I have missed not going to my old dentist. I recently had my wisdom teeth extraction done under IV sedation at Family Dentistry Of Frisco and I couldn’t be more impressed with my entire experience. They’re always able to schedule all five of our kids on the same day, which is a huge help. I love the individual attention each child receives, and the office is very flexible with our busy schedule. The staff is consistently polite and professional. We’ve been coming here since we moved to Texas and have never had any issues. The facility is clean and well maintained, and they’re wonderful with our little ones—always helping them feel comfortable. I also really appreciate being able to text for communication; it makes things much easier when we’re busy. I absolutely love this office, Dr. Patel and his staff! What I enjoyed the most about Dr. Patel is that he is very educated and knowledgeable in what he does! The office is up to date with the latest technology, always spotless when I come in and the whole staff is excellent, caring and kind! I love Dr Patel! My family has been going to him for 10 years now. I’ve seen him for my dental crown and my husband has seen him for his deep cleaning or SRP and dental implant. He is always very thorough and very caring. I like the way he takes time in explaining treatment. Recently, my son needed oral surgery-some tooth extractions for his orthodontic treatment and it went very well! My son actually asked for Dr. Patel to do it because of his trust in him. I had put off some dental work for quite a while due to past experiences with a prior dentist. From my first visit, I felt that they were attentive and listened to my concerns. Dr. Patel and his staff offered a very detailed diagnosis, with many options I could choose from. After that, we started a process that required two implants and several extractions. This was all performed at his office and I was not sent to an outside person to handle the extractions and sedation. Very professional staff and enjoyed each of my visits. I just had a root canal at Family Dentistry of Frisco, and must admit what would have normally been a painful grueling experience was actually very pleasant and quick procedure. Family dentistry of frisco is the best dental facility and Dr Paresh Patel is the best frisco dentist in Frisco, TX! I have had my dental implants done there! I also have had a laser root canal and dental crowns done. Dr Patel is the most caring dentist and has worked hard to make my smile beautiful. I have been his patient since 2012 and have recommend ally family and friends there! I think it is difficult to find a dental office that is so caring and treats you like you are family. Got my wisdom teeth out with Dr Paresh Patel with IV Sedation and I felt amazing. I didn’t feel a thing! I was really scared cause I didn’t know what to expect but the sedation dentistry really helped me to calm down. I am so glad I did all of them together at 1 time! My dental cleanings are great! Dr. Patel and his entire staff have always treated my family and I with compassion and grace. They love when my young toddler comes in for her appointments with her father and ask how she's doing even when she's not there. They've never had a problem with working out my husband's and my complex schedule and even managed to right after Christmas fit my husband DJ in for emergency dental work and didn't rush him out despite him being the last client for that day.
